Introducing Megan Bookless as our newest Account Manager:
Megan Bookless has joined our Client Services Team as an Account Manager. She has extensive experience in marketing and customer support. Megan brings with her a great strategic mind, attention to detail and a warm personality that will make clients feel comfortable. Previously, Megan was an Account Manager for a design and branding firm. She worked closely with well-known companies to help them incorporate their offline brand with digital and social media marketing. Megan will join our team along side one of her triplet sisters, Michelle Bookless, who is a Project Manager working with our Interactive Clients.
Jon Adler, Director of Account Strategy explains “Adding another Account Manager to our team will allow us to provide better service and attention to our growing list of real estate clients. One of the ways that we’ve set ourselves apart is the individual attention that we provide to each and every client, so Megan will be a great addition.” Every client can access their Account Manager at no additional cost as part of their support package and Account Managers reach out to clients regularly.
Minna Brown promoted to Client Services Manager:
Minna will transition into her new role as Client Services Manager over the next few weeks but will still retain clients. She will oversee our Account Management services and the Real Estate Support Team making sure our customers are always satisfied. As the manager of the Support Team, Minna will ensure that issues are handled appropriately and in a timely manner. As a leader, she’ll provide the same level of service and strategy that she’s exhibited personally over the years she’s worked at Union Street Media. As many of our clients can tell you, her commitment, attention, and expertise have helped them excel, so we are thrilled to have her take the reins!
