I work day in and out to make sure we’re creating a product that prioritizes our client's needs. By understanding a realtor’s day-to-day, I can help design efficiencies around it through our software. On top of that I have an extensive background in marketing campaign and strategy management. New Site Launches from Union Street Media

Here at Union Street Media, we get to watch projects go from idea to reality on a regular basis.  These are some of the newest sites that we’ve launched online as well as some of the older sites we’ve recently redesigned.

Pure Vermont Building Company needed a website that would showcase the beautiful craftsmanship that goes into each one of their home-building projects.  Their overall goal was to bring in more business, but they were also on a quick timeline and were looking for a site that would be easily update-able for their employees and would match their offline marketing materials.

A longtime Union Street Media client, Winhall Real Estate in Stratton, VT recently wanted to bring in more and better leads to their site, as well as update their website’s look and feel.  To improve their lead generation, they started writing on their new blog and engaged in USM’s Internet Marketing program, RRR.  We also widened their site and gave it a fresh design.

The attorneys at Wick and Maddocks, a Burlington and Essex, Vermont law firm specializing in real estate, came to Union Street Media looking for a website that would be easy for them to use and give their clients and potential clients a clear idea of their array of services and years of expertise.

Attorneys Stuart Bennett and Angela Zaikowski of Bennett & Zaikowski, P.C. have 30 years of experience working on a wide variety of cases and wanted to showcase that tradition in their new website.  Long-term clients of Union Street Media through the Vermont Apartment Owner’s Association, Angela and Stuart worked with USM to create a streamlined, effective website.

Alvarado Real Estate Group is a full service real estate company located in Madison, WI.  They came to Union Street to build a web presence for their agency that focuses on efficient, green homes as well as family-friendly neighborhoods, and we built a user-friendly site with clean lines and enhanced search options.  The Alvarado Group continues to engage USM through the Report, Recommend, Revise Internet Marketing process, focusing much of their energy on social networks.

Stowe’s Coldwell Banker Carlson Real Estate decided that after many years with a successful Union Street Media website, they were ready to upgrade to our newest features while updating their site’s design.  This redesign also included the addition of a mobile site so their clients can get updates on-the-go.
