In the last few weeks, we’ve had the privilege at Union Street Media of launching several new websites.
HKS Associates, Inc.
HKS Associates Inc. is located in New Hampshire’s beautiful Monadnock region. As an office that wears many hats in the industry, they needed a website company that specifically understood real estate. HKS was looking for a vendor who would create a website that represented their markets lifestyle and also took advantage of real estate tools available to help home-buyers learn more about their listed properties. The website needed to be easy to updated without the need for a developer or HTML knowledge. HKS wanted a company who would help them to understand the tech jargon and work with them to implement these new technologies and help grow their business. |

Heney Realtors
Located in the heart of Montpelier, just down the street from the capitol building; they have a successful and well established business in Vermont. Seeing an increase in traffic and overall growth over the past year, Heney Realtors felt their previous website wasn’t keeping up with current demands. They needed a website vendor that was local and understood the real estate industry and partnered with Union Street Media to take their web presence to the next level. Exit Realty Leaders
Exit Realty Leaders is located near Ossippee Lake in NH. With three offices and over twelve agents, they’ve developed a strong and reliable reputation in their market. Exit Realty Leaders’ previous website needed updating and more importantly, was in need of real estate tools to help their potential home-buyers interact with listings. In addition to design and tool updates, Exit Realty Leaders needed a stronger web presence and focused their SEO efforts to ensure their website was well optimized for the search results page. Since many of their home-buyers are purchasing a second home, it was important to make sure the website was a source for local knowledge and included a blog to further illustrate their industry knowledge. |

The Real Estate Guide
The Real Estate Guide is the online version of the local Vermont print magazines. They decided to tie in their print advertising with online advertising. Since most people search the Internet to find a property, it works in a Realtors favor. The website is a combination of office and agent listings that home-buyers can search and contact. Union Street Media built a custom lead distribution program that makes sure leads are routed to the right agent/office who is advertising. The website also has additional resources for home purchasing and information about Vermont towns.

Fibrolamellar Cancer Foundation
In 2008, Tucker Davis was diagnosed with Fibrolamellar Hepatocellular Carcinoma, a disease which primarily affects teens and young adults. At the time, research on this form of cancer was rare and there were no known effective treatment options. Tucker founded the Fibrolamellar Cancer Foundation with the hope of raising awareness and finding a cure for the disease.
The Foundation approached Union Street Media to redesign their website in the hope of reaching a broader audience to help raise awareness about the disease. The primary goal of the website is to bring attention to teen and young adult cancers, including Fibrolamellar, and provide information about Foundation events, success stories and support for patients and their families. The website is also a place for patients and families to share their stories and information about treatment options they’ve received.

L’Amante Restaurant
Union Street Media designed a new website for L’Amante that more clearly reflects the personality and atmosphere of the restaurant and can be easily updated by the client to attract new business and site visitors. Working with the existing L’Amante logo and color scheme, the design was updated to create a lighter look and feel while maintaining current marketing approaches that allows for past visitors to continue to easily use the site while engaging new site visitors. The implementation of a blog will attract new customers, help with SEO placement, and encourage site visitors and patrons to check back regularly for new information and updates – maintaining steady site traffic.

The implementation of forms to contact the Vermont Wine School or register for an upcoming class were developed to drive leads and grow the Vermont Wine School audience. The website also has a blog that allows instructors to post information about classes, tastings and the news within the wine industry. |
