Admin Settings

Important Note: Admin is the back-end of your website. You will receive training on how to use Admin and edit your site prior to your its launch.

When a new user registers with your website, which email address would you like to have user activity notifications sent to by default?

Would you like to have agents copied on notifications when a user specifies a certain agent?

What email address would you like to appear in the 'from' field for notification emails that are sent to customers?

Who on your team should have administrative privileges on the site? (We will be creating separate accounts for each person listed)

What email address would you like to appear in the 'reply to' field for notification emails that are sent to customers?

Will you be managing leads through a third-party lead management tool? (Example, Sugar, LeadRouter)

Our Forced Registration tool allows you to specify at what point a message will be displayed requesting that the visitor register with your website in order to use the search feature or view listing details. You can set this to just request so that they register, or you can "force" them to register by locking them out of looking at other listings or doing more searches. Forcing registration can have benefits and drawbacks. On the plus side, it generally results in more form submissions. On the minus side, some users may be turned off by being forced to register.

The default "encouraged registration" setting prompts visitors to register with the site after five property searches or five listing details page views, but does not prevent the visitor from continuing if they choose not to register.

Please choose an option below to indicate whether you'd like to "encourage" or "force" user registration:

Searches:

And should lock them out after this many searches:

Do you want new users to confirm their registration after signing up? This means that they would receive a confirmation email asking them to verify their account by clicking on a link within the email. (Note: they would only show up in your master lead list AFTER confirming their email)

IP Addresses

Important Note: We will be setting up filters in your website reporting to exclude internal traffic to your website (i.e., visits from employees, which can skew data). If you don't know your IP address, you can visit WhatIsMyIP.com and it will tell you the address of the computer you are using.

Please list the IP address for your office. If you have more than one location, or if there are employees who frequently work on remote computers, please also provide their IP addresses. An IP, or Internet Protocol address, is a unique string of numbers that identifies your computer network and its location on the Internet. We will be setting up filters in your website reporting to exclude internal traffic to your website (i.e., visits from employees, which can skew data).
