Union Street Media is seeking a patient, detail-oriented Part-Time Bookkeeper to join our Finance Team. The primary responsibilities of this role include helping send and collect invoices, entering data into Quickbooks and assisting our Office Manager with the day-to-day tasks of our growing 40+ person company.
As a member of our Digital Marketing Services team, you play a crucial role in executing our client’s digital marketing strategy. You will assist in developing engaging content, executing SEO and managing always on digital campaigns, across paid and organic media.
As a member of our production team, you will be responsible for helping to build, update and maintain our client’s web sites. This includes assisting in the development of new sites for our clients, from cutting up a PSD to migrating content, following through a check list of pre-launch tasks and coordinating with our Production Manager to ensure a smooth launch.
