Green Mountain Realty in Asheville, NC, like most of our real estate clients, was looking for a way to improve its lead generation.  After looking through USM’s packages and getting an overview of how our sites drive traffic and conversions, they knew they were ready to work with us on a new site.  We are proud to add their site to our portfolio and look forward to helping increase their sales funnel through targeted internet marketing.

Re/Max Coast to Coast

A large office that covers New Hampshire and Maine coastal real estate, Re/Max Coast to Coast came to USM to create a show-stopping new website that would present their expertise, beautiful local area and encourage visitors to contact them.  The design sets itself apart and the Coast to Coast team has worked hard to showcase a vast array of knowledge in a user-friendly, intuitive way.

Christy Goodhue Real Estate

Christy Goodhue needed a new website for her NH-based real estate office and, in researching web developers, decided to go ahead with USM’s Enhanced package based on our inviting designs and real estate specific tools.  Now, she has a website that’s both a great customer service tool as well as a lead generator.

Century 21 Highview

While the Century 21 Highview team had worked with Union Street for several years, they knew their site was due for a new look and new features.  By widening the site and adding all of the newest USM real estate web tools, we turned the site around to bring in new leads.

Christopher J. Barrett Realtors

With an older site that was not performing well in search engines, or as a customer service tool, Christopher J Barrett Realtors chose to work with USM so they could couple their offline real estate expertise with USM’s online real estate expertise.  Now that their site has launched, we will continue to grow the site’s presence through the RRR process.

Signature Properties

Specializing in Northwestern Vermont residential real estate, Signature Properties had seen how other local real estate offices had benefited from working with Union Street and decided to work with us to build an upscale, easy to use website.

Church St Marketplace

This month was a month for real estate website launches, but we are also proud to announce the launch of a new site for hometown favorite, Church Street Marketplace.  Showcasing the wide variety of dining, shopping and entertainment options on Burlington’s famous Church Street pedestrian walkway, this site makes it easy for visitors and vendors alike to find what they’re looking for.
