New Union Street Media Real Estate Websites

We’ve been on the move here at Union Street Media, and we’re taking the time to share the excitement. Without further ado, here are several of our most recently launched websites from this summer.

Planter Hill Properties

Aaron of Planter Hill Properties needed a new site to reflect his shift from buying and selling gas stations to residential properties. He is a lifelong resident of MA’s South Shore area who knows the ins and outs and offers a customized service to his clients. We implemented a large header are to showcase the area and our new Natural Language Search takes the place of a quick search.

Connecticut Real Estate Websites[/caption%5D

Compass Real Estate Group

This is Compass Real Estate Group’s very first website, so we were able to work with them to build something totally unique from scratch. The site is dynamic without being cluttered with beautiful photography and a smart, subtle color scheme. Their Internet Marketing package really got the site off on the right foot and has been quickly building rankings and visitors. Compass focuses on high-end real estate in Fairfield County, CT.

Coldwell Banker Carlson (Refresh)

With this site refresh, we showcased the Stowe landscape, lifestyle, and properties. The goal was to really sell Stowe. We accomplished this by adding many Stowe-specific popular searches on the home page and optimizing the home page content for Stowe-related keywords. The click-through featured listings widget makes for easy navigation of the site, and we love the homepage video and the soft pastel color scheme.

Woburn MA real estate website[/caption%5D

Prudential Preferred Realty

We updated the design on this site to modernize the look and usability. Now it has the ability to have an Open House search automatically populated, and its website manager now has the ability to use Admin to make site updates. Prudential Preferred works with buyers and sellers in the beautifully historic town of Woburn, MA and surrounding areas.

New Hampshire Real Estate Websites[/caption%5D

Ashely Davis

We were so excited to make this website for Ashley Davis, who grew up right where she’s currently buying and selling homes: Lake Winnipesaukee. She’s young with thorough knowledge of New Hampshire’s Lake Region. The site showcases Ashley and Sotheby’s branding, as well as a slideshow to give visitors an immediate feel for the area. We also made searching for waterfront properties on three main lakes in the area (Winnipesaukee, Squam, and Winnisquam) especially easy by creating one-click searches just below the slideshow.

Boston MA real estate websites[/caption%5D

Ariel Szabo

Ariel Szabo is a Coldwell Banker Residential Broker whose website showcases her true, unique professionalism even though she’s a young realtor. With her modern new site, Ariel sells real estate in Boston proper and Cambridge.

New Hampshire Real Estate Websites[/caption%5D

Roy Sanborn (Refresh)

Roy is a long-term client of ours who just joined a new office and needed a refresh to reflect his new branding. Like Ashley’s website, the dark background really makes his photos pop. Because Roy services the entire Lakes Region in New Hampshire, we wanted to highlight popular searches above the fold while maintaining clear and easy access to more searches below the fold.

Hawaiian real estate website[/caption%5D

Aloha Angel Enterprise

Aloha Angel is our first client in Hawaii! As a rental-specific site, it uses Real Time Rental integration for vacation rentals on the Big Island’s small city of Kailua. Kailua is located on the west coast in the North Kona District. This is a brand new site with a more energetic look and feel than we’ve seen in the past. Just look at those colors!

Century 21 Advance Realty

Century 21 Advance Realty works in towns just north of Boston, where quintessential New England homes abound. We wanted their site to be just as pretty and functional as their real estate, which we accomplished by using soft greys and yellows, calling attention to the quick search and recommended searches, and putting a slideshow with calls-to-action and great pictures just under the fold.
